*CANCELLATION POLICY*

We require a deposit of $36.95 paid through venmo or in cash for all brand new clients. This is to ensure that the barbers and the shop don’t lose money if anyone no shows or cancels without enough time for us to find a client to fill the time slot. The deposit will be applied to the cut the day of service.

Windy’s Barber Lounge requires 24 hours notice of cancellation for all appointments or by the time given by the receptionist if the appointment is scheduled less than 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive sufficient notice of cancellation there will be a fee that is equal to the scheduled service that is missed. Clients who cancel or no show more than once will be required to prepay or leave a credit card on file.Once a credit card is stored in our system it will be billed for the amount of the full priced service if subsequent attendance issues take place.  WALK-INS

Walk-ins are always welcome on a first come first serve basis. However, we do book up in advance so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accomodate walk ins.
