*CANCELLATION POLICY*

We want to give the best experience we can to all of our clients by offering the option for everyone to preschedule appointments. In order to continue accommodating all clientele with both walk-ins (upon availability) and prescheduled appointments we will be enforcing the following cancellation policy:

Windy’s Barber Lounge requires 24 hours notice of cancellation for all appointments or by the time given by the receptionist if the appointment is scheduled less than 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive sufficient notice of cancellation we will/may require a credit card deposit for all future appointments (walk-ins will still be available on a first come first serve basis), and there will be a fee in the amount of the scheduled service. Once a clients credit card is stored in our system it will be billed for the amount of the full priced service if subsequent last minute cancellations take place.

WALK-INS

Walk-ins are always welcome on a first come first serve basis.  Thank you for your cooperation and for understanding.
